Multiprotocol Radio Shield for Arduino, Raspberry Pi And Intel Galileo

The Multiprotocol Radio Shield is an interconnection shield for Arduino, and was designed to connect two communication modules at the same time. This that means a lot of possibilities and applications can be made using the cooking-hacks modules. The Multiprotocol Radio Shield includes the SPI bus connections that allows the use of the RS-485 and CAN Bus modules, but also is compatible with the rest of the cooking-hacks modules as RFID, XBee and Bluetooth.

What can we do using this shield?:

• - Connect any Arduino Wireless module. Some examples: XBee 802.15.4/XBee Zigbee,RFID, NFC, Bluetooth, Bluetooth Pro, WIfi, GPRs,3G.
• - Connect the new Industrial Protocol modules as RS-485, RS-232 and CAN Bus.
• - Combine two communications protocols (RS-485 with RFID, CAN Bus with Bluetooth, etc).
