MINI-M4 for Kinetis is an ARM® Cortex™-M4 development board containing MK64FN1M0VDC12 microcontroller. This compact and powerful development board is designed to work as a standalone device or as an MCU card in DIP40 socket.
MINI-M4 for Kinetis operates on a 3.3V power supply. The onboard voltage regulator allows the board to be powered directly from USB cable.
The board is equipped with a 12MHz crystal oscillator and 32.768kHz crystal which can be used for internal RTCC module.
In case you need an external programmer, like the mikroProg™, attach MINI-M4 for Kinetis via the following pins on the board: PTA0 (TCK/SWC), PTA3 (TMS/SWD), PTA2 (TDO) and PTA1 (TDI).
